Each of our seven plans is a starting point. Rotate it on the lot, pull a wall, stretch a room — the architect and framer both know them cold, which means we can modify without reinventing.

03 — Who builds it
Heliox is a Washington-licensed general contractor practice. A lead GC is on every jobsite weekly, and on the other end of the phone when a subcontractor has a question at 6:45 AM.
We cap at 6–8 new homes a year on purpose. Fewer than a dozen projects in the ground at any given time means nothing slips sideways unnoticed — every site gets a real weekly walk and a real weekly invoice.

We take on 6–8 new homes a year in the greater Seattle area. The best starting point is a 20-minute call — tell us about the lot and the dream, we'll tell you if we're a fit.
